Our Residents

Many of the residents of Flatirons Terrace have lived in Colorado all their lives. Others have moved to our community to live closer to their children, who work or live in the area. Others have come to Boulder and Flatirons Terrace to enjoy all that is Boulder. Our residents together form a unique community of active, down-to-earth individuals. Many forge great friendships with others in the Flatirons Terrace community, sharing their own distinctive histories, accomplishments and goals. Living at Flatirons Terrace gives you the freedom to pursue your interests and passions, often with other community members who share your enthusiasm and curiosity.
