Golden Givers Society
Golden Givers have remembered the Golden West Foundation in their will or estate plans. Golden Givers receive a certificate of thanks, an invitation to a special lunch honoring their commitment, and a mention in our annual report. (Your gift can also remain anonymous).
If you have put Golden West in your plans, please let us know! We’d love to thank you and include you in Golden Givers.
The impact is significant, and the benefits are plentiful:
- Putting the Golden West Foundation in your will is simple and easy
- Depending on the value of your assets at death, your estate may be eligible for an estate tax deduction, which could mean less goes to the government in estate taxes
- By making a gift through your will, you conserve your assets while you need them and make a significant gift when you no longer do.
Jeanne made a planned gift to the Golden West Foundation because it helps Golden West and also helps her. She really values the sense of community at Flatirons Terrace at Golden West, so, after less than a year of residence, decided to help provide funds to care for her fellow residents. She gave a charitable gift annuity to support the work of the Foundation. This provides a tax deduction for her, as well as regular income for life.
