Meal Plans

Our meal plans are simple and easy. All Flatirons Terrace residents enjoy a meal plan as part of their monthly rental fee. This plan includes a $300 declining balance credit that applies for meals served at The Columbine Room Restaurant in our community as well as take-out or delivery from our restaurant. Boxed meals from our restaurant are available for pick-up at no extra charge. We do apply a small $3 fee for meals delivered to rooms. Our meal plan credits may be used at our neighboring Golden West dining room as well, if residents happen to visit or take in an event there.
