Flatirons Terrace offers several delicious dining options, including classic fare and contemporary dishes from our top-floor restaurant, The Columbine Room, which oversees the University of Colorado campus and Flatirons Mountains to the west. Enjoy a perfectly grilled steak, cup of soup and crème brulee while looking out on the iconic mountain range. Our chefs offer healthy, appetizing options to satisfy the most discerning diners, including vegetarian and sugar-free choices.

Our dining services team is led Head Chef Andy Lafflam.  Andy and his culinary team take pride in offering a wide range of culinary options for our resident and guest tastes, incorporating local, fresh produce and meat products whenever possible.
