Transportation

Some Flatirons Terrace residents keep their own vehicle. Parking in our surface areas is included in your monthly fee, and you can purchase reserved, underground heated garage parking for a nominal monthly fee. We also have a bus available for residents, which can be used for medical appointments, shopping trips, errands or other purposes. The Flatirons Terrace bus is also used for regular recreational and social trips organized by community staff. A RTD (Regional Transportation District) bus stop is located directly in front of the community, and Special Transit transportation accommodates needs outside our regular trips.
