Residents at Flatirons Terrace have use of a number of services available on the Golden West campus, including the beauty salon, massage therapy, acupuncture, foot care and health screenings. Flatirons Terrace also includes a number of large multi-purpose rooms for local civic, performing and musical groups, and for social events and programs for residents.

At Flatirons Terrace, you’ll find there is never a lack of enjoyable things to do. Our activity calendar is full of events, performances and outings. Take a seat in the Wildflower Room to watch a movie, enjoy a potluck dinner with friends or have a cocktail on the terrace.

Housekeeping services are provided bi-weekly, and personal transportation can be arranged to cater to your needs. Also included in the rental fee is trash collection, snow removal, 24-hour security, cable, heat, water, electricity and phone service, and many other features designed to simplify your life.
