Security

Maintaining a safe and secure environment is a priority at Flatirons Terrace. There is controlled access to all the buildings through a security card that residents scan at each door. Guests must enter by “buzzing” the apartment they are visiting.  In addition, all main entrances are monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day. Our security system also allows residents to alert staff to an emergency 24 hours a day, and a daily wellness check system is in place to ensure that residents are safe.
