Whether you’d like to enjoy a movie with friends, hold a private dinner with family or go for a stroll under a beautiful view of the mountains, Flatirons Terrace has what you are looking for.  For those who would like to hold a private meal or gathering with close friends and family, the Devil’s Thumb Private Dining Room, equipped with elegant and comfortable furnishings, is available. Flatirons Terrace also offers several general common spaces, beautifully decorated and with a cozy feel, if you’d like to enjoy a drink, read a book or socialize with friends and family.

The outdoor terrace is equipped with well-appointed patio furniture for outdoor dining and recreation. Relax and read the newspaper while enjoying the fresh air of Boulder, Colorado.

If you’re interested in a walk around the Flatirons Terrace grounds, our well-maintained walking paths are a great place to start. They wind around our gardens and offer excellent views of the nearby Flatirons formations, an iconic Boulder backdrop. The grounds of the University of Colorado at Boulder are just a short walk away as well.

We also have several lounge areas throughout the building, including a library and a business center complete with faxes, copying machines and other amenities.

Finally, our Wellness Center, run by Medically Based Fitness, is located in the nearby Towers community. Flatirons Terrace residents may pay a monthly fee to have a personal trainer at the center.
