Flatirons Terrace is located across the street from the University of Colorado at Boulder. This beautiful campus includes a number of venues for entertainment, including Mackey Auditorium, University Theater, and Mary Rippon outdoor theater, where residents can take in world-class musical and dramatic performances as well as lectures by literary and political leaders.

Beyond the campus, there is much more. Boulder has over 300 restaurants offering a wide range of dining choices featuring local, regional and international cuisine. Boulder also offers a wide array of shopping experiences from bookstores and art galleries to shopping malls and boutiques to flea markets and an outdoor farmers’ market two days a week.  As you will see, there is a strong commitment to supporting small, unique retailers while providing the convenience of national retailers too.
